IXPER^® 60 C, Calcium Peroxide is a fine yellowish and odorless powder which is slightly soluble in water.  It contains a minimum of 60 % Calcium peroxide, the balance being made up of calcium carbonate and calcium hydroxide with natural binding agents and fillers.

IXPER^® 60 C Calcium Peroxide reacts slowly in contact with water with the generation of oxygen and heat.

and contributes then to a long availability of oxygen where it is used.  The rate of gaseous oxygen generation is influenced by the physical and chemical properties of the surrounding medium such as pH, and temperature.

When IXPER^® 60C Calcium Peroxide is exposed to a lower pH, it can generate increasing amounts of hydrogen peroxide
